SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Authors are invited to submit their original research papers through the official conference Google Form. All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process by the technical committee to ensure quality and relevance.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
  • Papers should be original and not submitted elsewhere for publication
  • Manuscript should follow AIP conference format (for the template - Click the link here)
  • Full paper length: 4-6 pages (maximum 6 pages)
  • Abstract length: 200-250 words
  • File format: Microsoft document (DOCX) format only
  • Language: English
  • Submissions must include Title, Author(s) name and affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Full paper

Registration Includes:

Note:

Registration fee is non-refundable but transferable to another participant

At least one author must register for each accepted paper

On-spot registration will be available with 15% additional charges

Foreign participants can pay in equivalent Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings with ISBN number, providing formal recognition and citation reference for the research work. The proceedings will be made available in both print and digital formats to all registered participants.

Selected high-quality papers and extended versions of conference papers will be considered for publication in AIP Conference Proceedings in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, and Electric Vehicles. Journal Publication Process:

  • High-quality papers will be identified by the technical committee during the review process

  • Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions to partner journals

  • Extended papers should contain significant additional content (minimum 40% new material) including expanded literature review, additional experimental/simulation results, deeper analysis, and enhanced discussion

  • Journal submissions will undergo independent peer-review by the respective journal's editorial board

  • Additional publication charges will apply for journal publication as per the journal's standard fee structure

  • Estimated journal publication processing time: 3-6 months from submission

Submission format for AIP Conference Proceedings

AIP Conference Proceedings Publication

High-quality papers selected by the technical committee will be considered for publication in the AIP Conference Proceedings, subject to the payment of the applicable Article Processing Charges (APC).

Submission Guidelines for Selected Authors:

Authors who have received an invitation for the AIP Conference Proceedings must submit an extended version of their manuscript. Please ensure the paper strictly adheres to the journal’s formatting standards provided below before submission.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation at the campus guest house or the hostel is not available for the participants.
You can approach the nearby hotels for accommodation.

TRANSPORTATION AND TA & DA

Transport Facilities:

Transport through college bus is not available for the participants and the delegates. Kindly make use of your own transport for reaching the venue.

TA/DA:

No TA/DA will be given for participants of the conference.

Food:

The participants and the delegates can use the food courts inside the campus. You can use any "UPI" at all the food courts.

(Note: No cash transaction is accepted in the canteen inside the college).
